"At the Shetland Sheepdog Fanciers Club Specialty trials held in April 2010, in conjunction with the Edmonton Kennel club show-a lovely little Jazz daughter- Leith Ladymagic Ruffles'n Lace- "Lacey'( Ch. Leith's Ladymagic Ellusion x Am./Cdn. Ch Prairiemist Show Stopper 2nd CGN.,ROMC )- owned and loved by Brenda and Rob Skanes- and exclusively handles by Brenda Skanes - went High in Trial from the Novice B class. Lacey's breeders ,Norma Jeanne Pohl andMargaret Zacher , were presented with a beautiful rosette as well as the rosette and gifts presented to Brenda and Lacey." Lacey is pictured sitting at the top of the podium- where she so rightly deserves to be.

At the NACA DOG SHOW in June 2010- Lacey went High in Class , to attain her "Companion Dog " title.

Also at the SSFC Specialty , Brenda Skanes took home two more placements of distinction- with two other Leith dogs --Leith High Society at Avonlea --" Madison"- attained a new CDX TITLE( seen in front of judge Mr. Bud Milsom ).... And Brenda's Veteran girl -- Leith's Pennies of Love Schofer, CDX-- WON Best Veteran - at the age of 10 1/2 yrs.

Piper has also proven to be a wonderful Junior Handling dog for the PeeWees - he is so patient and understanding !
